Build Labs is a product and venture studio. We co-found software companies and build the first version ourselves — an AI-native process that takes an idea to a live, tested product in weeks instead of quarters.

From idea to live product

Most studios spend the first quarter deciding. We spend it building, because a working product answers questions a document can't.

    Problem

    We pick the problem before the product, and write down what would make us wrong.

    Prototype

    An AI-native workflow gets a usable prototype in days, not quarters.

    Live product

    A working product in front of people, instrumented so we can see what happens.

    Compounding

    Short loops: ship, learn, refine. Every company reuses the studio's tooling.
